The SPARCengine-10 is an unenclosed SPARCstation-10 motherboard for use in embedded systems.

Overheating

As the SPARCengine-10 is only a motherboard, rather than a complete system, it is impossible to exactly specify any module-overheating risks - it depends on the chassis design and the fans.

You can get some idea of the relative heat-dissipation of the various MBus modules from the SPARCstation-10 configuration table.
